I believe this is the PSFS building and it was the first international-style skyscraper built in the United States. Today, it is the home of the Loews Philadelphia Hotel... One fine place to wake up, if I may say so.

Of course you're right on both counts. Philadelphians think of it as the PSFS building, now the Loews but architectural historians know it because of its status as the first International style skyscraper built in the United States.
